You can add a global alert which will cause a pop up warning to appear every time you access that patient's information.

To add a global alert:

1. Modify a patient's demographics.
2. Click “set alert”

3. Fill in the alert message for that patient

To remove the global alert, simply go to the same place and save a blank (empty) alert.
