The messaging inbox is similar to an email interface.

Some messages will be attached to patient charts. These can be listed as “internal messages” in the “Correspondence” document window at the bottom center of your patient chart.

1. Click on the inbox tab to see your incoming messages.
2. Click on the trash icon to delete the message.
3. Click on the arrow button to reply to the message.
