Once you are done your encounter, you can lock your SOAP note by clicking the small lock button in the upper right.

• This will disable editing unless you unlock the note and give reason.
• The fields will be greyed out indicate you can no longer edit.
• You can also view the SOAP's revision history by clicking the little clock icon.
