The Allergies, social history, family history panel are located in the right column in the middle.

1. Notice that allergies show up in red.
2. You can add and delete.
3. Also, when you add an item, you can select from the autocomplete. If it is not there, just add it free type and it will be there next time.

Also note that if a patient has never had any allergy added to their chart, it will be reflected.
