MedCloud is a web based EMR. We are able to roll out bug fixes and features live on the internet at any time. If you have any problems or needs please let us know and we will address the issue as soon as possible.

1. Log in to MedCloud
2. Click on the top right corner menu which has your name on it
3. Select “Report a Bug”
4. Fill in the data fields
   1. Expected Behaviour: What were you expecting the software to do.
   2. Actual Behaviour: What did it actually do. What problem are you having.
   3. Steps to re-create problem: What you did to encounter the problem. The more detail you give here the better we will be able to address the problem.

1. Do the same as above, but ignore the data fields.
2. Just describe your desired feature.
